This person will bring a proactive and organized approach to project management to ensure stakeholders are informed and deliverables are completed on time. They will also contribute strategic insights and oversee the creation of high-quality content that highlights our service providers and helps GHJ stand out in the marketplace.If you are passionate Creation and Project ManagementOversee the project management of marketing collateral and thoughtware, including : Daily management of content calendars and escalate to department / practice leaders when deadlines are not metWrite, edit and proof articles and thoughtwarePerform external research to fill in gaps and enhance contentEdit (and when needed, posting) digital content (website and social media)Coordinate with PR firms and external consultants to ensure timely submission of contentManage the podcast process, including working with SMEs to develop questions, managing the production process, recording (on-camera or audio participation not required) and light editing as neededReview and updating marketing collateral for business development effortsPromote GHJ events, webinars and capabilities and knowledge of the Firm, the industry and our businessesPerform such other duties as may be assignedRequired experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities : Proven experience in marketing or communications (professional services is a plus).
