The team is looking for an experienced Payroll Practitioner – Level 2 to manage multi-state payroll for a growing organization. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience and has processed payroll for 1,000 employees across multiple states.

- Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations.
- Handle payroll tax reporting and multi-state taxation issues.
- Assist in system upgrades and payroll process improvements.
- Provide support for audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
- 2-5 years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience with multi-state payroll.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
