Job Summary:
The Lead Installer ensures that we accurately and efficiently install gutter guards while providing a best-in-class customer experience.
Essential Functions:
As a G Home Lead Installer, you will oversee and manage gutter guard installation and repair projects from start to finish. You'll ensure that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all assigned gutter cover installation and repairs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct on-site assessments and ensure provided estimates are for assigned gutter cover installation and repairs.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients to address their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Perform quality control checks and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
· Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; notifying supervisor for repairs
· Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
· Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
· Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, goals as needed.
· May perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to multitask, while keeping a positive attitude
· Work with power tools and cutting tools as necessary
Preferred Experience:
- Previous gutter guard installation
- Previous lead position or similar
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
