Ghosal Luxury Lodging (ghosallodging.com) is a highly rated boutique luxury cabin company in the Smoky Mountains. We OWN every property we offer. This incentivizes us to keep our properties in perfect shape and ensures the highest level of personal attention to our guests. Our properties are BRAND NEW and were designed and built by our team. We packed them with amenities like indoor heated pool, hot tubs, movie theater, game room (pool table) and a variety of arcade games. Given that the principals of the company have a technology background, we leverage technology and tools to enable us to work smarter. With just 22 high end properties, we provide our employees with a healthy work / life balance.
Even more exciting, we are developing multiple micro-lodging / Tiny Home parks - Sojourn Resorts. Our micro-lodges resemble cute cottages built on a transportable frame. The first Sojourn opens in March 2025. With around 30 units, it will include amenities like viewing decks, pickleball courts, food trucks, walking trails, fire pits – everything our guests would need for an unforgettable vacation. Other Sojourn Resorts are slated to open in Chattanooga, Asheville, Shenandoah, Savannah and other exciting locations.

We are seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of cabins to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
Verify inventory levels and report supply shortages.
Identify and communicate maintenance or housekeeping issues.
Ensure compliance with company cleanliness and presentation standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
Perform post-check-out inspections to assess damages or missing items.
Maintain accurate inspection records and report findings.
Assist with guest satisfaction efforts, including reservation confirmations and welcome calls.
Recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in using reservation software systems
Previous use of Breezeway or equivalent software
High school diploma or equivalent required
