We are looking for a Creative Lead to spearhead our brand’s visual storytelling, product drops, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a seasoned creative visionary who is also an elite hands-on executor.

This is not a delegator role—it requires someone who is fully hands-on, actively designing, directing, and producing high-quality creative content. From branding and packaging to social media campaigns and product drops, you will be at the forefront of shaping Ghost Golf’s visual identity.
Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Leadership
- Own the visual identity of Ghost Golf, ensuring all creative output aligns with the brand’s premium and edgy aesthetic.
- Lead brand storytelling and campaign execution for product launches, marketing initiatives, and social content.
- Directly manage and collaborate with the Graphic Designer, Photographer, and Videographer to develop high-quality assets.
- Work closely with the CEO to execute major creative initiatives, marketing campaigns, and brand growth strategies.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design marketing assets for product launches, website, social media, email, SMS, packaging, and digital campaigns.
- Develop product catalogs, lookbooks, and packaging that align with the brand’s visual identity.
- Create custom SMUs for apparel and merchandise drops.
- Mock up website pages for new product releases (Shopify experience preferred).
- Build brand decks, creative presentations, and mood boards to guide campaign direction.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead end-to-end creative execution for product launches, including:
- Social Media content (organic and paid)
- Email and SMS campaigns
- Photography and video production
- Website PDP pages and assets
- Ad creatives and marketing materials
- Develop mood boards and creative briefs to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.
- Oversee photo and video shoots, working with models, agencies, and the internal team to produce compelling visuals.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in high-level creative roles, with a proven track record of branding, product drops, and campaign execution.
- Exceptional graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience in a creative leadership role at a golf, athletic, or lifestyle brand is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, product drops, packaging, and digital marketing assets.
- Experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
- Strong art direction skills, including photo and video production, working with agencies and models.
- Experience working with Shopify-based eCommerce brands is a plus.
- A deep understanding of golf, design, and brand storytelling is highly preferred.
What This Role Is NOT
- This is not a passive leadership role. We need a hands-on creator, not just an overseer.
- This is not a corporate or rigid position. We are a fast-moving, execution-driven brand.
- This is not a marketing analytics role. While the role involves campaign development.
