We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Photographer to capture stunning product and lifestyle imagery for our website, social media, and marketing campaigns. This is an in-house role where you will take full ownership of the photography process—from concept and shoot execution to editing and final delivery.

- Able to execute photoshoots from start to finish, with expertise in lighting, composition, and creative direction.

Responsibilities
Photography & Content Creation
- Capture high-quality, high-resolution product photos for eCommerce (website, product listings, social media, email marketing, and ads).
- Plan and execute lifestyle shoots for golf accessories, apparel, and brand storytelling campaigns.
- Ensure all images are visually stunning, crisp, and aligned with Ghost Golf’s premium brand aesthetic.
- Handle studio and on-location shoots, setting up lighting, backdrops, and props to create the perfect shot.
- Provide some video support (~5%) for short clips, BTS content, and social media reels.
Post-Production & Editing
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure exceptional color accuracy, sharpness, and consistency.
- Be fast and efficient in post-production, maintaining high output while ensuring flawless quality.
- Masterfully use Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and other editing tools to enhance product and lifestyle images.
- Optimize images for eCommerce, social media, and print, ensuring the best resolution and formats.
Shoot Planning & Execution
- Manage the entire photoshoot process—from pre-production (mood boards, shot lists, scouting locations) to post-production.
- Direct and pose models, athletes, and brand ambassadors to achieve the most engaging lifestyle imagery.
- Work with the Creative Lead, Marketing Team, and Design Team to bring product and campaign visions to life.
- Ensure lighting, composition, and framing are executed at the highest standard in all shoots.
Equipment & Studio Management
- Have strong knowledge of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and backdrops.
- Utilize both personal and company-provided equipment to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Maintain Ghost Golf’s studio setup, keeping all gear, lighting, and backdrops organized and ready for shoots.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional photography experience in eCommerce and high-end commercial photography.
- Expert knowledge of studio and natural lighting techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and related tools).
- Experience in apparel and accessories photography (golf or lifestyle brand experience is a plus).
- Portfolio of high-end product and lifestyle photography is required.
- Some video production/editing experience (5% of the role).
- Strong understanding of photo composition, color grading, and retouching.
- Ability to manage and maintain photography equipment (company and personal gear).
- Must be local to Irvine, CA, and able to work onsite.
