As an Associate Operations Manager at CloudKitchens, you will be integral to the success of our ghost kitchen facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing the facility's maintenance, onboarding prospective partners, and delivering exceptional customer support. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your leadership and operational skills will directly impact the success of our restaurant partners and the overall customer experience. In this role, you will lead and train a dedicated facility team, focusing on scheduling, training, and performance management. You will be responsible for managing a highly efficient order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their food in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of service. Cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment will be essential, as you will foster teamwork and communication across various teams and departments. You will also conduct routine inspections and maintenance audits on critical equipment such as HVAC units, refrigeration units, water heaters, and ice machines. With the support of subject matter experts, you will perform general upkeep and handle minor repairs, coordinating with external vendors for specialized services when necessary. Ensuring health and cleanliness will be a top priority, as you will manage a janitorial team and uphold cleaning and sanitation protocols in compliance with local health and safety regulations. As the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, you will build and maintain trusting relationships, addressing any issues that arise and managing the overall partner experience to prevent churn and extend partner lifecycle. Additionally, you will participate in administrative and strategic planning sessions, training with senior positions in support, data analytics, and reporting. You will review and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to facility management and contribute to goal setting, while also managing and reporting the facility's profit and loss (P&L) to understand the key drivers for achieving profitability.
