Position: Phlebotomist
Job Description:
The Phlebotomist is responsible for the collection of blood samples for laboratory testing and for the management of the lab’s supplies. The Phlebotomist will also perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments with patients, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-employment physicals and obtain positive results.
- Manage and maintain physical testing equipment.
- Maintain lab supplies.
- Perform routine lab procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all Ghost Rx policies and procedures.
- Adheres to all hygienic practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a blood draw preferred.
- Experience with blood collection procedures preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in Show Low, AZ without proof of COVID-19 vaccination or completion of a vaccine trial period.
