Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Responsible for daily pull, pack, and ship, operations. Required ability to lift 40 lb boxes.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely replenishment, and minimal discrepancies.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and enforce quality control standards to guarantee the integrity of products throughout the handling and storage processes. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar operations background
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments.
• Problem-solving mindset and a track record of implementing process improvements.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  
  

Compensation:

• $18-20 per hour to start
