We’re officially on the search for a Logistics Associate to join our Chicago-based team. The Logistics Associate will aid the warehouses (inhouse and 3rd party) in organizing and following up on freight requests. They'll work to ensure accurate and timely pickup of outbound orders and making sure 3rd party warehouse transactions are up to date. This role will also play a key part in creating compliance documents for our corporate customers.
The Deets:
- Manage and coordinate modes of transportation inhouse and at 3PL providers
- Manage Tracking tools for internal & external shipments
- Create logistics transactions for our 3PL partners for shipping and receiving
- Create logistics documents and transactions for corporate customers that require EDI/ASN
- Assist Operations team with projects & Ad hoc items
- Assist in warehouse day to day management by organizing freight priorities with the warehouse
- Cross functionally communicates to ensure accurate timelines for all departmental needs
The Requirements:
- 1-2 years administrative experience.
- Ability to manage time and find additional tasks to complete.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Ability to organize and execute a daily task priority list.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
