What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Fulfillment Associate position at GHOST?

We’re officially on the search for a Sales Fulfillment Associate to join our Las Vegas-based team. The Sales Fulfillment Associate will support the operations team in creating, reconciling and auditing transactions for the movement of finished goods between GHOST and GHOST customers.
The Deets:
- Assist with new customers and accept all new purchase orders.
- Accept new purchase orders in SPS.
- Create new sales order transactions.
- Fulfill completed sales orders in NetSuite and mark them shipped when needed.
- Review packing slips daily to ensure 3PL's fulfilled orders correctly.
- Follow up with customers on submitted transactions if needed.
- Assist and help train new Associates with current and ongoing processes.
- Cross referencing truck sheets to ERP to maintain accurate ship dates.
- Perform daily sweeps to ensure transactions are in their current status.
- Problem solve with customers and 3PLs if any orders appear to have errors with items shipped.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year data entry experience in an ERP (NetSuite preferred)
- Microsoft Teams experience preferred

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
