Warehouse Associate

We're in search of a warehouse associate to join our team at our Chino Hills, CA warehouse facility. As a warehouse associate at Ghost, your primary responsibilities will include order packaging, unpacking, item organization, and various other warehouse-related tasks. We're seeking individuals with 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in a warehouse environment.

About the Role:

• Collaborating with warehouse personnel to receive, tally, and verify inbound shipments and merchandise.
• Daily responsibilities include order selection and organization, with a focus on enhancing quality assurance at every stage.
• Efficiently generate packing lists and implement Excel automation to streamline the process.
• Conduct asset cataloging and oversee brand management for all orders.
• Utilize Excel and Microsoft Word to maintain inventory for the Direct-to-Consumer (D to C) team.
• Regularly conduct monthly cycle counts and audit inventory to prevent inaccuracies during the sales process.
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs daily.

About You

• Prior experience within a warehouse environment is highly preferred (retail industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in technology, including previous work with Excel or Microsoft Office, is a requirement.
• Marketplace channel background is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of industry software or inventory management software is nice to have, but not required.
• Basic understanding of boxing, packing and shipping standards associated within the retail industry.

Our total compensation for this position can range from $20/hr to $24/hr. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
