Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop effective treatment plans. ">
- Administer oxygen therapy, medication, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians. ">
- Maintain and repair respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen tanks. ">
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. ">
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and disease management. ">
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. ">
Requirements:

- Current registration or certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). ">
- State licensure or certification to practice as a respiratory therapist. ">
- 2 years of experience in pediatric or adult critical care settings. ">
- BLS and ACLS certifications. ">
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and move patients safely. ">
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ">
