Licensed Master of Social Work PACE - Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly Life - Life Independence for the Elderly M-F 8A-4 : 30P in an adult daycare setting, outpatient. Requirements : Experience with the senior demographic is mandatory NJ Lic is required to start. No on-call duties or weekend work required Work involves both center-based and community-based tasks Coverage area includes Mercer County and North Burlington County Regular visits to participants' homes Knowledge of community resources is highly desirable 3-4 years of homecare experience preferred Experience in addressing challenging social and psychological needs, particularly in the community setting Background in psychology is a significant advantage Responsibilities include conducting assessments for the development of care plans and collaborating with families Additional Information : The MSW department consists of 4 individuals Service provision for approximately 230 participants Staff handles scheduling and customer service tasks as needed
