Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced registered nurse (RN) to join our team as a local contract nurse for a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Elmer, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document accurate and detailed patient information in electronic medical records.
Requirements:
- NJ or compact nursing license.
- At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Availability to work every other weekend.
