Role Summary
GHR Healthcare - Travel Division is seeking a highly skilled Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing job in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Med Surg / Telemetry RN in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based medicine.
Requirements
- Current RN License in Kentucky or Compact State.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Med Surg RN.
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and 12-hour shifts.
- Must reside outside of Henderson, KY.
