Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care: As a travel nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in the Med Surg Tele unit. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures as needed.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams: You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records: As a travel nurse, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care.

Requirements:

• Current licensure: You must hold an active RN license in the state of Kentucky.
• Experience: We are looking for a nurse with at least one year of experience in a Med Surg Tele setting.
