As a seasoned Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Labor and Delivery, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing labor and delivery procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes or concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, nights
