Job Title: Travel Nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel nurse RN to join our team in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Job Summary:
This is a 6-week travel nursing opportunity with 36 hours of work per week. The shift will be 12 hours, working nights.
About the Role:
As a travel nurse RN in the Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and manage patient's condition, including vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
