We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse at GHR Healthcare's Travel Division. This 6-week assignment offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care while traveling to new locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
Valid RN license from New Jersey or a compact state
At least 2 years of recent experience in ICU settings
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
Every other weekend availability
