Job Description
You will be working as a travel nurse RN Med Surg Supervisor in Niagara Falls, New York. This 14-week contract offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Med Surg unit
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Mentoring and educating staff members on best practices and industry developments
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A current RN license and relevant certifications
- Experience as a nurse manager or supervisor in a Med Surg setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
