Seeking a full-time permanent, independently licensed therapist for an outpatient job opportunity within a local Community Health Center taking an integrated care approach!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8A-5P - No Weekends or after-hours responsibility
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to center participants with behavioral health needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Provide crisis intervention and support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health treatment
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice

Behavioral Health Therapist Minimum Qualifications:
- Independent Ohio Licensure (LPCC, LISW, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of working therapist experience
