Job Details
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1080 to $1160
- Employment Type: Remote
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: February 10, 2025
- Shift: 8-hour days, 5 shifts per week
- Systems Used: 3M & Allscripts
- Experience with BCBS billing and healthcare revenue cycle management
- Strong understanding of medical billing and claims processes
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare role
- Perform revenue cycle management duties, including claims processing, billing, and accounts receivable management
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and follow-up on outstanding receivables
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and denials
- Work within healthcare systems to update and manage patient accounts
