We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our healthcare team remotely, with an initial two-week onsite training in the beautiful state of Montana. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation across all inpatient units using advanced software tools.
Job Details
- Employment Type: Remote
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: February 24, 2025
- End Date: 6 months
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Shift: 8-hour days
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2150 - $2310
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Montana or hold a compact license
- Certification as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) or Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS)
- Experience with Epic software and 3M360 Computer Assisted Coding preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical documentation or a related field
- Conduct 20-25 new reviews daily to ensure documentation accuracy
- Utilize Epic and 3M360 software for documentation and coding
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve documentation quality
- Cover all inpatient units to ensure comprehensive documentation
