Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Business. Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in healthcare settings.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Dependable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and resource allocation for application implementation and upgrade projects across all business and clinical areas.
• Coordinate application support for a large portfolio of business and clinical applications, including systems on desktops, on-premises servers, and in the cloud.
• Ensure application configuration and interfaces are adjusted and improved to resolve operational issues.
• Communicate job expectations and manage staff performance through coaching, counseling, and development plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train employees to maintain local and remote staff.
• Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes and anticipating requirements.
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and initiating corrective actions.
