LTC LPN

GHR Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work Per Diem in a Long Term Care Facility in Franklin County PA.

Facility Highlights! Matrix charting and small 94 bed facility. Flexible schedules and great nurse to patient ratios. Also this facilities offer short 4 hour shifts.

• Shifts: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm 11:00 pm - 7:00 am 4 Hour Shift Availability
• Orientation 1 hour before shift
• Starting at $34 - 36/hr.
• Per Diem/PRN Part Time

Job Requirement

• PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• 1 year as LPN in LTC
• Covid Vaccine Required OR Exemption
