Job Details
- Location: Fort Myers, FL
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: February 17, 2025
- Shift: 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1760 - $1890
- Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience in an acute care setting
- Current BLS certification
- Valid FL or Compact nursing license (recent Nursys must be on profile)
- Degree accreditation must be on profile
- Ability to float to other sister campuses as needed
- Must live more than 50 miles from permanent address
- Manage and coordinate patient care across various departments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning
- Document patient progress and care plans accurately
- Adapt to different units and function as core staff
