- At least 1 year of experience in Med/Surg Tele
- Valid RN license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Tele setting
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
