GHSP, headquartered in West Michigan, is a leading global supplier of mechanical and electromechanical systems to the automotive, transportation, and appliance industry. Reporting to the Safety Manager, GHSP is currently looking for a Safety Specialist to join our Operations team in Hart, MI.
What You'll Do
Incident problem solving analysis and communication, Lead safety programs and training, lead plant safety Committee and ERT, manage plant safety, participate in safety assessments, and support case management involving workers' compensation and physically restricted employees.

Requirements:
What You'll Bring
Associate of Business or equivalent required OR 1-3 years' experience in manufacturing or equivalent required
5 years' experience in a safety position preferred
MIOSHA Level 1 Certification preferred
MIOSHA Level 2 Certification preferred
