GHSP is currently hiring a Mold PM Leader to join our Maintenance and Tool Room team in Hart.
What You'll Do (Job Functions)
Coordinate mold tooling repairs with outside tool shops – quote, source and monitor tooling repair to make sure it is done in a timely manner to meet production requirements.
Develop and maintain mold tooling PM system – Ensure that mold tooling PMs are done on time and tracked through electronic PM system. Support continuous improvement of the existing PM system through benchmarking of other PM systems in the industry.
Support plastics engineering team – Provide feedback through 255 meetings to supply feedback and support design activities.
Provide manufacturing with tools and technical engineering support- Implement new products and processes into production. Select, design, install, and modify equipment, tools and fixtures for new product launches and existing products.
Monitor and control costs and objectives of assigned projects – Use the Project Cost Tracking Form to monitor project costs and maintain budget. Write capital AR (if required). Source and manage assembly equipment development to maintain program timing.
