GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager in the Revenue Integrity space..
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position purpose
Lead a rapidly growing revenue cycle team to meet or exceed standard industry productivity and efficiency metrics, to include insurance verification, pre-pay collection, insurance billing and collection.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

- Supervises daily/monthly coding and claims submission to ensure that all charges are posted and that an accurate missing charge report is distributed.
- Analyze reasons for missing charges and provide education as needed to minimize this in the future.
- Review daily, weekly and monthly key metrics to identify trends and areas of focus.
- Maximize revenue through complete and accurate billing, and strong collection processes.
- Develop and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and monthly financial reports.
- Identify revenue cycle problems and implement solutions for improvement.
- Provide daily guidance and direction to team
- Serve as first response for employee issues/disputes
- Approve time off requests, ensuring adequate staffing during peak times
- Review and approve semi-monthly payroll
- Provide employee feedback, coaching, and counseling
- Conduct annual employee performance reviews and deliver reviews to employees
- Maintains focus on continuous improvement and makes process improvement recommendations.
- Attend management meetings, when requested
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of revenue cycle management. Prior supervisory experience is required.
