GI Building Products is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant!
We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team who can perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team who can perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets
- Request and manage project specific Preliminary Notices
- Request and manage project specific Certificates of Insurance
- Conduct data entry
- Track monthly bids and securals
- Project set ups in multiple software systems
- Maintain files of working documents, including resolution paperwork
- Follow directions for task given and perform duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Attention to Detail
- Reliable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and effectively
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and take new responsibilities
- Ability to work independently
Education and Experience:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferred.
Schedule:
- 20-25 hrs per week
- Monday to Friday
- In office
