Gi Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Peterborough.
We are seeking an individual with sales experience, especially in outbound or direct sales, where you have actively engaged with potential clients. While recruitment experience is not necessary, we will offer all the training for you to excel. If you enjoy interacting with others, acquiring new abilities, and creating a positive influence, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Securing new vacancies via selling and business development.
- Identifying suitable candidates via traditional and more imaginative methods, with the ultimate goal of filling the vacancies you are working on.
- Pre-interviewing and Interviewing candidates ensuring you only send the most suitable ones to your clients.
- Remaining compliant in order to protect our business and that of our clients.
Skills
Key Requirements:
- Sales Experience- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent time management skills
- Full drivers licence, as you will be required to visit clients
