Pharmacist

GiaCare is now accepting resumes for a experienced, civilian Certified Pharmacists to work full-time in anticipation for a future position at Wright Patterson AFB, near Dayton, Ohio.

Pharmacist Qualifications:

Degree/Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience: Have documented experience, ideally but not limited to 1 year, as an inpatient or outpatient pharmacist in the past 36 months.

Licensure/Registration: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist.

Pharmacist Job Duties:

• Perform a full range of pharmacist procedures.
• Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services within the personnel, supply, and equipment capabilities of the facility.
• Review patient profiles at the time of dispensing in order to closely monitor medication therapy.
