We are professional and agile. Servicing quality equipment as a depot and on-site service repair and maintenance for specific equipment. Training will be provided. We are looking for someone to focus their efforts on the life science division of our company. Must have valid clean driving record and license. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have at least a basic technical background. Must follow safety standard protocols.
Equipment installation.
Preventative maintenance.

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic and mechanical systems, as well as providing customer service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer service requests, performing on-site repairs, and providing technical support to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to think quickly and solve problems.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Install and maintain equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Keep accurate records of service calls and repairs.
- Provide customer training on equipment usage.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38,400.00 - $50,862.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Office / Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Schaumburg, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
