Giant Communications (Metro by T-Mobile) is seeking to hire motivated individuals that have the willingness to learn and grow from within. Giant Communication promotes from within our company in order to ensure that all partners are trained and developed by the same principles. All staff begin in a sales advocate position. Sales Representatives are responsible for creating winning connections with every customer contact by matching Metro by T-Mobile products and services to meet the unique communication needs of each customer. As the first point of contact, Sales Representatives are held to a high standard of excellence to perform their duties with the highest integrity to actively listen to customers and provide solutions that simplify and organize their lives. Sales Representatives are responsible for creating the Metro Experience with each customer contact with the goal of leaving a lasting first impression that creates customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Representatives are expected to create an atmosphere that encourages open dialogue to understand the unique needs of each customer and use their passion for cutting edge technology to assess the customer’s needs and generate sales to meet business objectives. NO SALES BACKGROUND NEEDED.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
• Selling to potential customers face to face.
• Working to reach revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
• Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.
• Negotiating prices with potential customers and closing sales.
• Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
• Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry.
• Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.
• Working closely with other departments and finding opportunities to cross sell.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
