Giants Camps is now hiring Softball Coaches for our summer youth baseball and softball camps throughout the Bay Area.
Giants Summer Camps is looking for summer camp coaches in the Bay Area who are energetic, positive, and who love to inspire our youth to make good choices and be accountable for their actions and decisions - all while having a great time! We provide the equipment, training, and curriculum. You provide the leadership that will help our campers have a wonderful learning experience and leave camp with a love of the game, new friends, better softball skills, and an appreciation for the importance of personal accountability.

We need a variety of coaching skill levels to enhance the experience for campers ages 4 through 13.

We are looking for team members who:
- Have experience working with children ages 4-13
- Have experience coaching and/or playing softball at a high school level or higher
- Have a passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging and energetic way
- Are able to connect with children both one-on-one and in a group setting
- Lead by example with strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude
- Are dependable and reliable; someone we can count on to be there, no matter what.
- Know how to have a lot of fun!!
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
- Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp
- Execute San Francisco Giants Softball Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the Site Director
- Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
- Highlight teachable moments for campers to learn and grow from
- Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Giants Camps stellar reputation
Qualifications for all coaching positions:
- Be prepared to make a commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for a minimum 3-5 week commitment
- Giants Camps run every week from June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025
- Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation of your own
- Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
- Pay is based on skill level and experience

Our Interview Process:

- Complete a 15 minute virtual interview with our MLB Camps Director
- Final decision!
Compensation:
- Professional Educator: $22.00/hour (please note you must have at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience and/or provide proof of teaching certification in order to be eligible for this hourly wage).
- College Student/Recent Graduate:$18.67/hour
Salary : $19 - $22
