Description
Performance Standards

- Demonstrate sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
- Attend all in-services, General Staff Meetings, and meetings called by their supervisor.
- Work harmoniously and effectively with co-workers.
- Accomplish objectives and consistently produce satisfactory work.
- Is faithful in reporting to work, staying on the job, and helping to meet institutional emergencies.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Comply with department guidelines, the Organization and Personnel Guidelines, and all expectations set by Gibault’s administration.
- Assist in coordinating student schedules.
- Assist in the coordination of in-service meetings.
- Assist in the coordination of behavior programs.
- Maintain all student records, both current and discharged including general education, special education, evaluations, attendance, grades, report cards, transcripts, etc.
- Serve as a liaison between Holy Cross School and the previous schools of students.
- Assist teachers with the Harmony reporting system.
- Assist in the daily operation of the Education Department, as assigned by Principal.
- Submit all state reporting as delegated by the Principal.
- Generate a weekly TPR educational report for the Vice Principal.
- Take regular inventory of own emotional well-being. Develop and adhere to a self-care plan to promote wellness and prevent burnout.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Completed High School Diploma or GED certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Consent to and pass pre-employment background checks.
