Responsibilities

- Oversee industrial cleaning processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order additional supplies as necessary.
- Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that accommodate building usage while minimizing disruption.

Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
