Hours are Tuesday and Friday, 5pm-10pm. (Flexibilty to go in over the weekend instead of Friday evening. )
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at Gibb Building Maintenance Co., Inc. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Support the overall cleanliness of facilities through effective custodial practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
