Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Provide support to servers by helping with guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Utilize POS system effectively for order entry and tracking.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest relations and service quality.
Skills
- Proficiency in POS or similar restaurant management systems is preferred.
