Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. Your ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and special requests are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure the highest quality of service.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help colleagues as needed.
