Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or management is a plus
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or any leadership role is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and develop skills related to retail management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
