Store Manager in Training

Gibbs Oil Company is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team and take charge of the store operations!

Requirements


Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to maintain store cleanliness and organization standards
• Experience in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies
• Proficiency in cash handling and ensuring sales accuracy
• Knowledge of product promotions and marketing strategies
• Capability to complete necessary paperwork and daily reports meticulously
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members for success
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive for company business as needed
  
  
  

Physical Requirements:

Comfort with having to stand for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
