We are seeking a compelling and results-driven Event Sales Associate to join our Sarasota-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and representing our clients at various events. In order to be successful in this role, the right candidate is approachable and outgoing, is able to think on their feet and deliver quality solutions in a timely manner, and lastly, they are customer-focused and have an innate desire to help others. As the Event Sales Associate, You will play a key role in driving the success of our event campaigns by contributing to the overall sales and brand growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with attendees at promotional events to drive interest and sales for our clients through one-on-one interactions and product demonstrations
- Present product/service information clearly and professionally to potential customers emphasizing the quality of the products.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers to ensure long-term customer retention and business success
- Collaborate with the event and sales team to ensure seamless execution of event plans.
- Track and report sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of each event on a regular basis.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance business sales and branding strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales or event marketing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel to local and regional events as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings for event execution.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office and events is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
