Excellent New York based $Multi-Billion Alternative Investment Asset Manager and CLO Manager experiencing significant growth seeks a “Hedge Fund CLO Administrator” with a minimum of 2-10 years of related experience preferably acquired at a buy-side firm, service provider or related financial firm with a strong working knowledge of leveraged loan operations (trade entry/settlement), and administration with familiarity with CLO product knowledge and skills related to position reconciliation, and interaction with agency banks and trustees. The desired candidate will have a good understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles and Excel skills. Requirements
• A minimum of 2-10 years of experience, preferably acquired at a buy-side firm, service provider or related financial firm with a strong working knowledge of leveraged loan operations (trade entry/settlement), and administration.
• Familiarity with CLO product, position reconciliation and interaction with agency banks and trustees.
• Exposure to Wall Street Office software a plus.
• General understanding of structured credit products, loan structures and credit agreements is a plus
• Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles -
• Comfortable with complex formulas and modeling techniques
• Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to take the initiative and thrive in a flat team-based environment
• BA/BS, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
• Strong communication skills and competent in all MS Office products including Advanced MS Excel abilities
