Job Description:
As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility. This includes performing general cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas, completing minor repairs and maintenance, documenting routine inspections, and notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Additionally, you will assist in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria, perform grounds maintenance such as snow removal from sidewalks, ensure heating and cooling systems are operational, maintain a neat and orderly janitors' room, and stock cleaning and maintenance supplies. You will also examine the facility for safety hazards and report any observations to the EHS Leader.
This role requires the ability to work independently, have integrity, and be detail-oriented and thorough.
