Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas of the building
- Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes
- Document routine inspections and notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria
- Perform grounds maintenance such as snow removal from sidewalks
- Ensure heating and cooling systems are operational
- Maintain a neat and orderly janitors' room with stocked cleaning supplies
- Assist in examining the facility for safety hazards and report observations to the EHS Leader
