What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Technician position at Gibraltar Property Management?
We are looking for a Grounds Technician. This job would be maintaining the grounds of 2 industrial properties and several small retail centers and one small apartment complex. The company will provide a vehicle for your daily activities that would include cleaning the properties and helping with snow removal and ice melt application. Job could involve lifting trash and debris into dumpsters and being on a ladder to paint or do outside work, including gutter cleaning and rooftop HVAC cleaning. Sites are located mostly in Aurora, Denver and Lakewood.

- The job would require lifting, bending and carrying heavy objects and or trash.
- During the summer it would also include keeping the grounds clean, pulling weeds, planting plants and putting down mulch.
- In the winter it might include snow shoveling and putting down ice-melt. This job is a year-round job.
Job hours could be flexible 7-4 or 8-5, but would be part of an overall schedule from the facilities manager.
Team member would need a valid drivers license.
