Gibson County Special School District is currently accepting applications for a School Secretary / Bookkeeper.
Position Summary : The School Secretary / Bookkeeper provides secretarial and administrative support to the Administration; communicating information to students, parents, staff, and / or other districts; ensuring compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements; and supporting the broad array of services provided to students, parents, instructional and support employees. Performs a variety of general bookkeeping, record keeping, accounting functions, administrative and office clerical duties; and computes, classifies, and records numerical data to keep sets of financial records complete.
Required Education / Certification / Endorsement :
- High School Diploma or GED
